Добрый вечер!по поводу пиелэктазии.. У 25% нормализация в неонатальном периоде. у 48%- причина - пузырно-мочеточниковый рефлюкс и обструкция . Поздняя манифестация и небольшая дилятация - прогноз благоприятный обычно.
