Hello, a bit of needed housekeeping

I have removed those who asked to be removed from ultrasound@obgyn.net.

We hope you choose to stay and use this educational forum. If you do not and if youprefer just write directly to me (not the entire forum) and I can unsubscribe you. My email is bruce.speyer@obgyn.net

You can remove yourself. Go to http://forums.obgyn.net/ultrasound/index.html and scroll down to the part about adding removing yourself by email.

This also can be accomplished by emailing the address listproc@obgyn.net and in the body of the meail put REMOVE ULTRASOUND

Note, if you wish to only read the messages from the website and still be able to post messages you must be subscribed to the forum. You can be subscribed but not get email by postponing your subscription. To do that send an email to listproc@obgyn.net and in it say SET ULTRASOUND MAIL POSTPONE

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
