Dear Medical Professionals, We have been asked to provide a link to an interesting survey for a new medical device for PTL. The details of the survey are listed below. A minimum of 100 Responses are requested so please do share the link with your colleagues. Survey Form for New Medical Device for Preterm Labor (PTL) Survey questions include: 1. If a new device were available that would differentiate between Braxton-Hicks and true PTL contractions, would you use it? 2. If you would use it, would it change your management of PTL? If no, please indicate reason(s) 3. If the device indicated Braxton-Hicks contractions, would you withhold tocolytics? If no, please indicate reason(s) 4. Are you satisfied with the presently available tocolytics? 5. Have you ever withheld tocolytics due to potential side effects?

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
