I badly need to improve my Knowledge in this field i.e. to joint course or lecture or workshop, and this is very important for teaching. But unfortunately our Medical Faculty is not have the budget to send some one abroad for learning, as you know our country is under development. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
