The report prepared by leading human rights and womens’ rights organisations also suggests implementation of a Pre-Natal Diagnostic Procedure Act, to prevent ‘‘rampant’’ female feoticides in the Capital. The report would be presented to the Chief Minister. According to the data, about 1,710 clinics with ultrasound machines were registered here. However, the figure dosen’t compare to only 44 ultrasound machines registered with the government, the report says. http://cities.expressindia.com/fullstory.php?newsid=115398

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
