>----- Original Message ----- Have you ever thought about a septum? What´s the fetal pres.? Breech? I have a similar case in my office and I intended to comment the case here. My patient has a breech presentation (former pregnancy too), and the we can watch the fetus completely fee in amniotic cavitiy, with normal movements. I´ll put the pics soon here. José M. A 25 yr. old primi gravida came for a routine check up. On usg there is this strange band on the right flank of the amniotic cavity, running antero-posteriorly. Anteriorly, I feel the band actually meets the placental edge. No fetal part is seen trapped by the band. My query-- do you agree -- is this an amniotic band? Joe.
