Dr. Fougner, these will be posted as downloadable soon. Many have requested to view them. The Downloadable version too less than 10 minutes for the 12week clip on my dialup modem at home, but the resolution is much better than video streaming file formats than we can manage.

Art, your suggestion that "this would lend itself to a discussion of optimal settings", is good. Please see the message below.

By making them downloadable they will be available for use in PowerPoint lectures. We only ask that when using them for lectures, etc, please give the URL address, and credit to Wolfgang Moroder:

Terry

post these for discussion ... i would agree that ventricular disproportion has developed by the time of the 16wk study, but whether the color study demonstrates a true VSD or simply artifactual washout is unclear. this would lend itself to a discussion of optimal settings, etc. i, for one, am convinced i can create VSD's like this in virtually every fetus by simply setting the color.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
