5th Annual: Obstetric Ultrasound in the High Risk PatientFrom: Bruce Speyer (bruce.speyer@medispecialty.com)Thu Aug 19 10:47:19 2004
Plan now to attend the 5th Annual: Obstetric Ultrasound in the High Risk Patient for the General Obstetric and Radiology Practice being held at the Venetian Resort Hotel, Las Vegas, NV on October 15-17, 2004 Course Chairman: John C. Hobbins, MD, Denver, CO Faculty: Jacquelyn Chyu, MD, Denver, CO Greggory DeVore, MD, Pasadena, CA Henry Galan, MD, Denver, CO David Nyberg, MD, Scottsdale, AZ Lawrence Platt, MD, Los Angeles, CA You will want to attend Obstetric Ultrasound in the High Risk Patient to help you gain confidence when you are faced with any of the following situations: I am a general obstetrician and want to know when to refer difficult cases and when to manage them myself. Should my practice adopt nuchal translucency evaluation as a part of our normal protocol? I work with a population that is at high risk for IUGR. How does Doppler help me? Is my practice keeping up with the current standard of care? What are academic centers doing? I would like to maintain a high standard of diagnostic accuracy for myself and my group. https://www.iame.com/courses/hirisk1004/hirisk1004.html

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
