Re: ISUOG update?From: Philippe Coquel (philippe.coquel@wanadoo.fr)Sun Sep 14 15:02:19 2003
In a few words Spatio Temporal Image Correlation: STIC diagnosSTIC color is a part of Diamond release of Voluson 730 expert. First, there is data acquisition performed by a single, automatic volume sweep. then, the system analyses the data according to their spatial and temporal domain and temporal domain and processes a 4D cine sequence. The sequence presents one fetal heart cycle in real time in a multiplanar display. then, we can navigate within the heart, reslice any section and produce different planes for diagnosis, standard and new views ++++ The definition is very good, quite similar to 2D view. Now, the upgrade of Stic is Color. This color doppler information facilates detection nad visualisation of septal defects, TGV etc etc ph C I don't work for GE !!!!!!

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
