35 yo physician patient with 2 previous uncomplicated pregnancies now at 11 wk 5 days. Nuchal translucency for Twin A shows 4.5 and Twin B shows 1.8. CVS was performed and preliminary results shows Twin A 46 XX and Twin B 46XY. What next? Vaginal cardiac echo scheduled for 14 wks to r/o cardiac anomalies. What is chance of a good outcome? What is the lateset selective reduction can be performed?

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
