It's the only exam.The EHR was 179 bpm.I'm sure about the higroma.I posted one coronal view showing the neural tube surrounding by higroma. Probably the patient will return next week.I'll send the follow up.

This is an interesting image... very early. Because Turner's (this could also be other syndromes)often have cardiac anomalies (20%), I would be interested to know if you recorded the embryonic heart rate... was this the only exam?
