hi Try this technique, it is useful in deciding between endometrial hyperplasia and polyps if saline-hysterosonography is not available. Drop your persistence to zero and using a bi-manual palpation, watch the endometrium slide on both sides of the polyp. With hyperplasia there is only one sliding surface. Regards Tania
