Hey Art, You can use a knife for good -- to cut a loaf of bread; or evil--- to stab somebody. That doen't make the knife an evil thing to be banned. What do you say? As far as India is concerned, there are numerous reports of some rural families (in parts of India) actually killing the baby if it is a female (ie after birth too). So much for aborting the baby after a scan. However,in Kerala state (where i stay), this is unheard of. Joe, India

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
