Breast sonography

Has anyone ever seen the stem for inflating a saline breast implant on a scan? Are they usually located on the side against the chest wall? Hypothetically, is it possible that the implant could turn so that the stem was on the anterior surface, creating a palpable lump?

It's been a while since I've scanned superficial & small parts structures, and I'd like to know what this might look like. Potential case coming up.
