Dear Fotini, In my practice was approximately same case at 38 years pregnant. At the beginning I have thought, that it is an interstitial fibromyoma uteri. Was done caesarean section. It was a placental detachment. During operationt was found out Couvelaire uterus. Was performed total hysterectomy. Be very attentive and cautious. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
