I myself have a pelvic kidney, I have one child already delevired by c-section at 37weeks as well. I am pregnant again four in a half years later with my second child. I am at 24 weeks. My first child had a kidney problem as well although his kidney's were in the correct place. But he had to have surgery at 4 months of age, due to hydrophrosis and and narrow ureter. My question is did this patient have a c-section with this baby or a vaginal birth. I trying to find out what the odds are to having a normal vaginal birth.
