Looks like a bicornuate uterus. THe question of interstitial pregnancy is a cogent and pressing one, given the risk. Where is the blood supply coming from? Where is the cervix? Is the fig 3 parasagittal? Is the lower part of the gestational sac - containing the placenta - within the uterine cavity, as defined by the cervix?
