I'm 7w2d today. I had a pap done 4 days prior to finding out I was pregnant (8/31). Test results came back and found abnormality HGSIL - consistent with mild to moderate dysplasia (CIN II) (thats what is says on the lab report). My RE is referring me to a new OB/GYN (I didn't like my previous one). Anyways, the RE says it is serious and that I need to get this taken care of ASAP. Now I'm scared! What kind of procedures will take place and will this affect the fetus? I'm going Thursday to talk with new OBGYN but I was hoping someone else has been through this.
