I'm due with my first child Oct 13th and I know I should be looking into some sort of birth control, but I'm going to nurse my son. Do you have any suggestions? I wasn't on any type before I got pregnant (obviously:).

Also, I feel silly asking this question..but, I'm curious so I'll ask..After childbirth do you nipples change back to that rosy color or do they stay brown?
