Blessed Thistle is indeed a good herb to increase milk production, however, Fenugreek tends to work much better. You can use Fenugreek alone or in conjunction with Blessed Thistle. Take 3 capsules of each 3 times per day, can increase dose according to milk supply. Fenugreek will make your sweat smell like maple syrup and this is normal!
