Jenn Gosh, difficult one. Yes you are at risk of another abruption. However, what that risk is not known. Furthermore, there is nothing to prevent it. With respect to vaginal delivery, it all depends on the situation nearer the time. For example, what the fetal condition and scans show. Wait until later before considering this.
