UTI?

I am 7 wks pregnant (from LMP) and in the last 3 wks have noticed I am up voiding at night every 3-4 hours. Some nights it is up to 3 times a night with mild cramping noted. I try to limit the amount I am drinking in the evening. I am voiding moderate amounts at that time and the urine is generally clear (cloudly sometimes) with no foul smell noted. No irritation is noted, I am afebrile and I have no signs of hyperglycemia.

I am just wanting to know if there is any reason to be concerned as I never used to be one for needing to pass my urine at night...even with my first pregnancy.
