I'm a first timer here and have generally had a wonderful time thus far with this pregnancy. Today I'm having a lot of cramping however and it's making me a little nervous. It is like having menstrual cramps, mostly in my lower abdomen and low back. I can't really figure out whether this is normal or not - any suggestions out there?
