34 weeks, head buzzing

Hi, I'm almost 34 weeks and for the past week I've had this awful buzzing sensation in my head. It is a familiar sensation- it's something I used to get in the mornings when I was younger. But it comes and goes throughout the day. Any ideas?? (IT's sort of a feeling like I've had too much coffee... only I haven't had any coffee...)
