Plus there is >the first 10 week U/S which confirmed the original dates. I've always been taught to use the earliest u/s. Later U/s do not give good dates, since every baby grows differently. If they all grew the same, then they all would weigh the same at birth. I would think, however, since you are measuring small, that your dr would watch you and do frequent u/s, to r/o IUGR. take care and good luck
