Kayla,

I am sorry...I just noticed you said you are 22 weeks pregnant (I originally thought you were 22 years old). My answer is still pretty much the same...you should check out any bleeding with your doctor, but a little bit of spotting after sex during pregnancy is very normal (Please note I am not a doctor, just a veteran of the delivery room!). The cervix is very sensitive during pregnancy, and many women have some spotting after sex and vaginal exams when they are pregnant. There is probably no real concern unless there is a lot of bleeding. Still, this is something you should mention to your doctor, just to be safe and to alleviate your concerns.
