Ok, normally I'd stay out of this but Katya is SUGGESTING; it is just advice. Any person with any amount of commmon sense would run those by their doctor before taking the advice of a stranger over the internet. As for the amounts and such, a biochemist would know - did you know that doctors take several courses in biochemistry? That's pretty much what medicine is anyhow. The amounts are very accurate but I agree, Blessed should speak with her doctor before rushing out to buy the vitamins.
