Not a doc but I think it may be too late for the morning after pill. At this point you will probably have to wait and see if she is pregnant, and she very well may not be. I think you only have a 20% chance of conceiving even if you hit the dates dead on. Have her take a home pregnancy test if her period is late and she can decide on her options at that point. Remember, stress can cause a period to be late also and this is certainly a stressful situation. Good Luck!
