To be quite honest, I'm not sure exactly what the morning after pill contains, except that it's supposedly a higher dosage of birth control. However, I know several women who have had miscarriages (myself included) that have been given a drug called methotrexate in attempts of having a natural miscarriage as opposed to a D&C, or abortion if you will. I don't know if they hand this drug out at abortion clinics as an alternative, but this early in the game, it's worth looking into.
