please help! Embryo too small for duration precnancyFrom: mamms (anonymous@obgyn.net)Fri, 18 Apr 2003 02:23:43 -0500 (CDT)
I've had an ultrasound two days ago. I should be 8 weeks pregnant. My last period was 25/02. I have a cycle of approx. 30-33 days. My doctor estimated that the embryo was about 5/6 weeks, too small. There was a hartbeat. I took a precnancytest on 18/03 that was positive (very light). I have a healthy son, 4 years old and after that I've had two miscariages (11 and 5 weeks). Is it possible that this wil develop normally or will I have another miscarriage. I still feel pregnant. Please help me, I can't find anything on the internet about this (embryo too small, yet a beating hart) Please help me. My doctor won't tell me anything. I have to wait till next week for another ultrasound. Thanks. (sorry for my poor English, I'm Dutch. I've tried all the Dutch forums, but I received no answer).
