Re: Braxton-Hicks and severe upper back painFrom: anonymous (anonymous@obgyn.net)Fri, 18 Apr 2003 01:17:30 -0500 (CDT)
Excuse me- but many of us understand the severity of your pain. An indefinite number of women have survived it for thousands of years. You are not the only one. You are not the first. You are not the last. It is so very, very normal. You are so very, very normal. As far as not making it until labor, I don't think you have a choice at this point. You will make it. You will survive it. Unless you decide to knock yourself off you will get through this. Please try to take a deep breath and hold your head up high. Do you really think you are the only woman on the face of this earth to experience this sort of pain? Do you really think that your pain is so much greater and so much more intense than any other womans? Ha! Wait until you go into labor. And I will tell you the same. You are not the first the only or the last. You are woman and you are normal. Thank God for the blessed gift and know that it will all be over very soon. You are in the same boat as the rest of us. Relax and have FUN. Enjoy your pregnancy. You are very normal and for that you should feel very lucky.
