I doubt hundreds of thousands. ten to twenty would be a wild guess. You would need to call the R-E you will be using and ask her/him about costs. It varies greatly. Two physicians can not talk about what they charge. If I ask another physician what he charges for a delivery, it is called PRICE FIXING and we could both go to jail.
