Blood shot eyes

Hi there, I have heard that it is normal to have slight problems with your eyes during the last part of your pregnancy.

I do not wear contacts or glasses; I have 20/20 vision. Recently, my eyes have have been totally blood shot. I have no idea what is causing this. I have never had my eyes as blood shot as they are. Is this a normal side effect of pregnancy???
