Thank >you. 5 weeks from the LMP is really early, and it would be unusual to see very much on U/S, even with a vaginal probe. I cannot say what the cervical finding was with any certainty, but it may be a small fibroid. This is not that dramatic a finding, and will generally cause no problems.
