I have the same problem of waking but not really being awake to realize that I need to take my temp. I do believe that during this time my temp will rise. I asked my doc. She said that just being awake will increase the temp. So....... I had nothing better to do one day than experiment with what my temp would do every 5 minutes I laid in bed. I wan't moving and it went up.
