I'm at 32 weeks, and have noticed over the last two or three visits that my baby's heart rate (it's a boy) has decreased a little at each visit. It was around 160 for the longest time, but then was down to 150, and at today's visit, the nurse noted it as 142. With my last pregnancy, the heart rate stayed the same throughout, right through the delivery. Is this something I need to ask the doctor about, or be concerned with? The baby's movements haven't decreased any, just wondering about the heart rate ....
