With my first baby I had my first u/s at *just* six weeks and all I could see was a sack with a *tiny* dot in the middle. That turned out to be an 8lb 4oz baby boy - the second I had my first u/s at 7 weeks 3 days and I saw a heart beat and could make out a baby - be it oh so small. It probably is too early to see anything yet - I know how worrying it can be with your first, but sit tight - soon you will see the fingers and toes and all the rest - including a heartbeat.
