Jenny, Unless you specifically had a surgical procedure directly on the uterus then it is unlikely that your are at risk by having a vaginal birth. Removal of a cyst only affects the ovary. Now if you had a fibroid removed from the uterus during one of your laparotomies then there is certainly a risk. If not, then you can have a vaginal birth... Lynn
