Michelle, Just to put your mind at ease I was told both were safe during pregnancy. I took them both for my second pregnancy and continue to take them now. I have had no complications from taking them at the same time. My son was born healthy and was born early due to toxemia. I hope this helps some. At Mon, 4 Sep 2000, michelle wrote: >
