So sorry to hear this... I have had similar experiences in the past - and each time, my RE had to prescribe BC pills and would have me take 5 of them. This would stop the horribly heavy flow. (Note: I do not take BC as part of normal course, so taking the 5 to halt the 'hemoraging' was the recommended approach). You may want to run this by your physician. Hope it gets better for you real soon. You need to be careful that you do not get yourself in an anemic situation, and cause a blood disorder due to significant and rapid loss.
