Do many PCOS patients have Sebhorric Dermatitis?

I have an uncontrollable facial skin rash that has persisted for 2 years! Steroid creams don't work anymore, the anti-fungal cream didn't, and special shampoo from the dermatologist didn't work. It started as bumps on my cheeks and jaw, but spread to my sides of my nose and along the creases that form when you smile. They were small and red, and when they broke open, weeped yellow, clear fluid. They also itched and burned, I think because the medication dried my skin out. I quit using any medication and only used moisturizer. Things eventually cleared for the most part. (I also went on the BCP, and stopped using aldactone, so I don't know what cleared it?) I get a few bumps still, and my face is scared from the bumps and too much hydrocortisone use. But I get these lesions on my face now that start out like a pimple for 1 day. They increase in size, red around the extremety with a little white head. The next day they break open and weep that yellow fluid. I put moisturizer on them, and the third day they are just a smooth, flat, red mark. The red discoloration lasts for a long time. One more thing, if I don't take an allergy pill every day, I get itchy all over my body, including the palms of my hands????? There are no bumps, until I scratch. Is this related to some hormone imbalance? At Thu, 6 Sep 2001, Holly wrote: >

The fist is dandruff, I've never had a problem with dandruff in my life, and now I have it where no medication is helping! and i can see on my hairline where the scalp is peeling., has anyone else experienced this that had reason to believe it had something to do with the PCOS?. The second one is grey hair. This one I'm really curious about, I just turned 23 a week ago and I'm finding grey hair all over head suddenly. It doesn't really bother me, it's fixable with hairdye.. but I am curious to know if they are related to PCOS. Any information would be most helpful. Thanks!
