On the subject of water aerobics, I have noticed that at any classes I
have seen, it tends to be the larger ladies who go more than the slimmer
'aerobics queen' sort of person (not meaning that in any derogitory
manner to anyone :-) ). This is especially noticable at the YMCA which
I have just joined that runs at least 3 or 4 classes of water aerobics a
day.
I know when I have tried out some of the classes they are excellent fun
and much less stressful on the joints than regular aerobics.
I have found that most people are too busy trying to suck in their own
stomaches to look good, to be bothered with looking at anyone else,
especially in a gym...
