Hi
I have been following the sugarbusters diet since March 2000, and have
lost around 40 lbs, although this has been in conjunction with lots of
excersise. Unfortunately I am not as strict as I should be (I haven't
quite gotten rid of my love of ice-cream, but I am not addicted to the
stuff like I used to be...).
The diet, along with the glucophage, has made such a difference to my
wellbeing and looks that I don't ever want to go back to eating all that
sugar and processed junk :-)
