Hi Cindy! I take Ortho Tricyclen, it's the only one that didn't cause nausia for me. I'm sorry I have no suggestions for that. However, I am concerned about you not taking Glucophage. It's not the glucose that needs to be tested in PCOS patients. We over produce insulin because our bodies are resistant to it. We can end up with pancreatic problems because it is over worked. Taking glucophage will lower the insulin level in the blood and give your pancreas a rest. You need blood work to determine your insulin level. I recomend getting your hands on any books and literature on PCOS and sharing it with your doctor. It's great that she is open to anything you may have to offer. I have "PCOS the Hidden Epidemic" by, Samuel S. Thatcher MD. I recommend it. Maybe you can educate your doctor!!
