Lesley, where can i find the sugarbusters diet my lifestyle is such that i really don't have time to fix meals and being single i have tendency to use the drive thru a lot.. i have finally realize i need to take serious control of my health since i have gained 50 lbs which i need to loose desperately.. i am taking avandia and bcp but doesn't seem to be working to control or help with my pcos
