Hi
I also have the same experience. In fact had felt depressed, lethargic,
tired and weak, very easily distracted, lack of motivation...., sleeping
a lot more... I thought I was going crazy. Literally! After I found
out about PCOS (about 1 month ago) I have started changing my diet (I
used to eat mainly carbs and nothing much else) to very low in refined
carbohyrates (still having some complex carbs) and VOILA I really feel
like a new person.
Experiment with diet - as Lisa says all of our bodies reacts
differently. Just remember high protein should not equal high fat.. and
don't overload on the protein, not good for your kidneys.
