I, too, used to have brain fog. For me, it was completely related to my diet (because of the insulin resistance). Since I've been on a very low-carb diet, and have protein snacks on a frequent basis, I don't have it anymore. Now, I only get it if I have food that has sugar in it (which is always an accident).
