To Tania re: cysts,From: stedgar (anonymous@obgyn.net)Thu, 28 Jun 2001 22:15:03 -0700
Hi Tania :-)
> Terry, I don't know, honestly. I can only speak for myself and I was told that it's a matter of my body responding differently to the cocktail of hormones I get with PCOS. See if your Dr. can look into it more? Ha, ha... I know... Maybe the theca is too thick and the ovum keep trying to pop in the same place each time, creating cyst upon cyst upon cyst... One of my cysts was endometrial, another was a different kind (I don't know which kind, it was years ago and he would ONLY talk to my Mother even though I was 25. And people wonder why I hate Dr.'s...). I only have part of one ovary left and I have another cyst developing; a month a 1/2 ago it was the size of a marble but now it hurts more & I 'feel' it more so I know it's bigger. But the Dr. hasn't even called me in yet. Sorry I couldn't be more help! 'Content yourself to be a Lover of Wisdom, a Seeker of Truth.'
