Hi there!! thanks for the suggestions ... when I get heartburn, I drink 1/4 cup of skim milk and it usually helps ... I tell you - this acid reflux is for the birds!!! It hits me especially when I am sick .. ACK! I have chronic bronchitis, so when I get sick with a cold 9 times out of 10 the coughing begins .. and everytime I cough or sneeze, my heartburn goes NUTS!!! Isnt it so wild how this is such a destinctive disease, but yet it affects each person in some ways different than others .. Anyway - thanks for the suggestions! Amy
