I have plenty of clotting while wearing tampons, they come out as soon
as the tampon is taken out and sometimes even before I take it out if
the clotting is heavy enough- clots do not reabsorb into the lining.
Once they are released, they are released, a tampon does not prevent the
uterus from shedding.. . And the risk of toxemia is incredibly small
if you change your tampon regularly and don't leave it in extended
periods of time -like a full day or two.
